Self-performing the large majority of the work in a controlled shop environment minimizes construction time on site and gives every spool the same consistent level of quality control, regardless of order size.

Our fabrication shops are equipped for high-volume spool production across a broad range of pipe sizes, wall thicknesses, and alloys, with in-house welding, beveling, and testing capability that keeps a project's full piping scope on one accountable schedule.

How It Works

From isometric drawing to tested spool

Every piping package follows the same disciplined path from engineering through dispatch.

Engineering & Material Take-Off

Isometrics are reviewed and material, fittings, and consumables are quantified and sourced.

Cutting & Beveling

Pipe is cut to length and beveled by mechanical, flame, or plasma methods to the required joint prep.

Fit-Up & Welding

Spools are fit up on roller sets, positioners, and pipe stands, then welded by ASME-certified welders.

NDE & Heat Treatment

Nondestructive examination and post-weld heat treatment are applied per code and client specification.

Hydrostatic Testing & Dispatch

Spools are hydrostatically or pneumatically tested, coated as required, and prepared for shipment.
